Major Categories of In-Home Care:

Skilled care – services provided by registered nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Medical Assistants.

Personal care – Companion aides or personal care aides provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, etc.

Support services –housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, etc.

Our services are provided by our staff of care givers. Every client has an individually designed care plan, developed by our administrative staff in conjunction with the client, the client’s family, and the client’s other health care providers.


In-home care refers to services that help you stay in your home. You may need in-home care if you:

  • Have a disability
  • Need to recuperate from an illness or surgery and are have difficulty caring for yourself or your home
  • Desire to age at home. You and your family desire to remain at your home and independent but simply need someone around to assist you on a daily basis. Services can range from a few hours a day to 24 hour a day.

ExpectCare will provide for a full home assessment and open discussions with you and your family as to what services you are desiring and what is determined to be the safest plan of care.


The main goal of our care plans is to provide sufficient support to our clients that will allow them to stay in the living situation of their choosing. We strive to encourage as much independence as possible for each client while being mindful of healthy living and the safety of all involved. Our services can be tailored around our clients’ needs by offering such services as dressing, errands, laundry, housekeeping, bathing and grooming as well as meal preparation. Our agency provides these services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.

In order to accomplish this round the clock coverage we have staff on call 24 hours a day. No answering services or need to leave a message, a live person will answer when you call.

ExpectCare Service Commitment:

A written contract that identifies all services and costs. Our contract simply outlines the services we provide, the rate we will charge, including a refundable deposit, and allows you to cancel the services at any time; however, you are not permitted to hire any of our staff.

The employee who provides the services is provided with caregiving training, orientation to your individual needs. The references and backgrounds have been verified.

A primary agency contact who is assigned to your service account. They will monitor the staff and handle any concerns which may arise.

  • Staff who are monitored with unscheduled supervisory visits as well as provided with ongoing educational classes for their certifications and licenses.
  • Staff with reliable transportation.
  • Staff references
